Tobias worked as part of the investment team at Chinaccelerator, one of the world’s elite accelerator programs managed by SOSV, a venture fund with over $907M in assets under management. Additionally, he worked with the German Government in Thailand, where he co-organized the NSTF - a career fair attended by over 1.1 million visitors - to help students build and advance their professional careers.

Previously a consultant at McKinsey & Co., he specialized in commercial strategies and digital transformation.
